Inspiring People Of The Week: Blair Late & Tamra Barney

It’s early on in this last week of May, but there are two people that have greatly inspired us already this week: Blair Late and Tamra Barney.

Blair Late, one of the stars of Bravo’s new hit show Newlyweds, has inspired us because he and his partner, Jeff Pedersen, got hitched on this week’s episode. It was not only a beautiful wedding, but it was inspirational that Blair took to national television to spread the message loud and clear that gays deserve equal rights and that marriage inequality should be a thing of the past. We commend him.

Our other inspiration of the week is one of our favorite housewives Tamra Barney. Tamra gave an amazingly inspirational speech in this weeks episode of the “Real Housewives of Orange County.” She spoke about not being told she was loved as a child by her parents, getting pregnant at 17, married at 18, trying to commit suicide at 21, and finally realizing it’s never too late to chase your dream. We have always adored Tamra, and think a lot of people who may have found her to be too outspoken may have a better understanding of her after last night. Bravo, Tamra!
