Could This Week’s Events Spell the End of Teresa on RHONJ?

It seemed like Dr. V’s therapy session this past Sunday was going to be the end of the Melissa-Teresa… but what if something else brings about the end of their drama… something more legal?

Following Teresa being charged with fraud and tax evasion and being released on bail, her future with being a free woman, never mind a cast member on the Real Housewives of New Jersey, is in doubt. Fox News (I know, I know) is now bringing up new information that could spell trouble for the Fabulicious one.

According to the article, executives and crew members at Bravo could be called to court. Attorney Darren Del Sardo told FOX411’s Pop Tarts column that

“Employees filming for Bravo can certainly be called as witnesses to establish that the Giudices were perhaps making large purchases in cash during the time of the bankruptcy. The network could also be called as a witness to support an increase of anticipated income paid by Bravo to Teresa that was not disclosed in her bankruptcy filing. In addition, they could be asked questions regarding the Giudices’ business operations that Bravo followed at the time of the filing.”

Bravo was filming Teresa and Joe having conversations with their attorney about their bankruptcy- and that could prove even more problematic. An anonymous legal source shared with Fox News that “There is a chance that there is raw footage, which didn’t make the air that could be incriminating. Federal investigators will likely want all of what was shot to see what Bravo.”

We hope this doesn’t happen, but let us know what you think in the comments.
