Jacqueline and Chris Laurita Have Fake Lawyer

The Real Housewives of New Jersey cannot seem to get away from legal issues. Before this season even aired we knew Jacqueline Laurita, her husband Chris Laurita, and fellow cast mate Joe Gorga were in potential legal trouble for an altercation that happened while taping. They were accused of assault and terroristic threats.

Now we are hearing a rumor that their lawyer may have been fake, unbeknownst to them! Apparently Mark McGuire posed as a lawyer and sat in with the Laurita’s with the police earlier this year. He was apparently arrested this week after finding out to be a fake. We like the Lauritas and Gorgas and hope this gets sorted out. Let us know what you think.
