Kim vs. Kandi: Who Emerged Victorious?

One of the original Real Houswives songs, “Don’t Be Tardy,” has been the topic of much drama and even lawsuits! Now a judge has made a ruling regarding whether Don’t Be Tardy star Kim Zolciak Biermann owes more money to Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kandi Burress for being the producer of her song.

First, Kandi tried to get the song removed from iTunes and was denied that request. Then this weekend, a judge ruled that Kim does not owe more money to Kandi. Kim’s lawyers tried to imply that Kandi was using this case as a way to garner attention for her failed spin-off, Kandi Factory. Now Kim is free to keep making money from the song and we are free to continue dancing to it- or not.
