Mama Joyce No Longer Involved In Planning Kandi’s Wedding

Real Housewife of Atlanta Kandi Buruss’s mother, Mama Joyce, has been causing quite the stir on this season. She has accused Kandi’s fiancé Todd of being unfaithful and only wanting Kandi for her money. She even went as far as to call him an opportunist and call out Kandi’s childhood best friend for cheating with Todd. One may wonder if Joyce regrets things she said months ago when the show was taping.

Not so. Joyce spoke to Radar Online and said, “I’m out of it. Whatever Kandi does, it is completely her decision now. I wish her well. I just hope that this is the right choice for her. They have worn me down to the point where it has made me sick. I just don’t feel like Todd is the right choice. I think he’s manipulative. I’ve tried to shield my child, but I’m tired. I’m over it. I pray to God I’m wrong about him.”

Joyce continued, “If Kandi is happy, I’m happy. At the end of the day, she’s the one who will have to deal with him not me.”

Joyce also revealed that Todd and Kandi have not set a date for their wedding as of yet!

Regardless of all this, Kandi claimed on Watch What Happens Live this past Sunday that she doesn’t care what people think about Joyce, as that’s her mama and she’s gonna stick up for her. It was also confirmed they aren’t currently on speaking terms.
