Legal Advice for Teresa and Joe

Teresa and Joe Giudice were recently denied the chance to have separate trials. Today on the Wendy Williams Show, legal show host, Nancy Grace, gave her thoughts on the case.

When talking about the chance that Tree and Juicy might need to testify against each other, Nancy said, “There are some constitutional issues if they’re going to testify against each other, which are called interlocking statements…. So if they’re going to trial together, and they can just sit there like two cats in a bucket just looking at each other.”

Nancy’s advice to the couple? “Just don’t say anything, but don’t lie!”
