How Much Jail-time will Teresa & Joe Serve?

News broke tonight about Teresa and Joe Giudice pleading guilty to their multiple counts early next week. But how much time will the two spend in jail?

According to In Touch, Joe will spend a minimum of five years in prison. Teresa, on the other hand, will not go to jail and will instead remain with her girls with up to five years of probation… that is if the deal is taken by the judge.

Additionally, the two will have to pay $11 million in restitution.
