How Long Will Teresa and Joe Spend in Jail?

After pleading guilty to fraud earlier today, the question now turns to how much time the duo will spend in jail.

According to People magazine, Teresa could face 21 to 27 months in prison. Joe will be in federal prison for longer: between 37 and 46 months. Teresa’s attorney also has the right to request probation.

The New York Daily News is also reporting, what was long rumored: that Joe could be deported back to his native Italy.

The sentencing won’t be until July 8, so there’s plenty of time to speculate.
