According to a rumor on Radar Online, Real Housewives of New York Carole Radziwill and Heather Thomson have approached Bravo in an effort to get Aviva fired. According to the rumor, they have told Andy Cohen the show would be better if Countess LuAnn was back full time and if Drescher was out.
