Tenant Owes Melissa and Joe Gorga $80,000

Real Housewife of New Jersey Melissa Gorga and husband Joe Gorga recently rented out their home, but it seems that their tenant is not paying up. 

According to TMZ, Melissa and Joe filed court documents demanding their tenant, Kai Patterson, gives them $80,000, the equivalent of 4 months of rent he has allegedly not paid. The court documents claim his rent check bounced. 

Patterson responded to TMZ, claiming rent is only $10,000 per month and he has helped the Gorgas with house repairs and paying their water bill. He also claims he paid this amount, but after a check bounced in April that he had written.
