Is Phaedra Parks Getting Divorced?

Real Housewife of Atlanta Phaedra Parks has been going through some tough times with husband Apollo Nida, who heads to jail next month. According to multiple reports, Phaedra may not be staying by his side. 

Website Inquisitr is reporting that if Phaedra was to remain married to Apollo, it would require her to assist in paying his ~$100,00 a year towards the $2,000,000 restitution payments he owes. According to the site and other sources, their marriage already had problems, and Apollo heading off to jail for 8 years and owing this large sum of money certainly doesn’t help.
