What Does Teresa Giudice’s Lawyer Hope Her Sentence Will Be?

News broke today about Real Housewives of New Jersey‘s Teresa and Joe Giudice’s sentencing being postponed until October 2. Now comes work about what their lawyer hopes will happen.

According to NorthJersey.com who spoke with Teresa’s attoryney, Henry E. Klingeman, he intends to seek probation for Teresa. “The plea agreement permits us to do so and it’s certainly a just sentence under the circumstances.”

The article makes no mention of what he expects will happen to Joe, though it does mention that he could face deportation.
