BREAKING NEWS- Joe Giudice Pleads Guilty and Judge Says Prepare For Deportation!

Real House-husband of New Jersey Joe Giudice was back in court today on charges for forging a driver’s license in his brother’s name when his had been taken away for a DUI. Joe ended up pleading guilty to the charges of unlawful identity possession. What does this mean?For starters, Joe ended up accepting the plea deal that had been proposed and faces up to 18 months that he would serve concurrently with his already sentenced 41 months. For this particular charge, Joe will be sentenced on 3/20/15. When the sentencing happens, Joe will lose his license. This is a MAJOR problem, since Teresa will be away in prison and Joe will be responsible for the girls.

In addition, the judge told Joe that “This plea may result in your removal from the United States, or stop you from reentering the United States” and told Joe that deportation hearings would begin after the March hearing.

Wow. This family is going through SO much… we just don’t have the words.
