Stephen Collins Victim NOT Planning On Suing Him

Stephen Collins was recently outed saying on an audio tape that he inappropriately conducted himself with three girls who were underage years ago. Now, his primary victim who he exposed himself to and made touch him- has said she does NOT plan on suing him. Why? 

A TMZ story claims the woman is not suing him because she’s not interested in obtaining money from him. Rather, in coming forward, she wants to encourage others who are victims of molestation to also step forward.
