Jason Hoppy Seeking A Court Order To Prevent Brynn From Being On RHONY?

Now that it’s officially been announced that Bethenny Frankel is returning to the Real Housewives of New York City, it seems that Bethenny’s ex, Jason Hoppy, is taking Bethenny to court to prevent their daughter Brynn from appearing on the show. This is according to a new Radar Online article. 

A source tells Radar, “Jason isn’t thrilled with it because he knows Bethenny is going to get in numerous jabs about the divorce. It’s just not healthy for Bryn to be on TV at a time when her parents are getting divorced. Bethenny signed up for the show, their daughter didn’t.”

However, Bethenny’s lawyers are allegedly planning to make Hoppy’s hypocrisy clear. The source claims, “Jason had no problem with Brynn being on Bethenny’s Bravo spin-off show when they were happily married. Bethenny wouldn’t have Bryn be with her during every single shoot for Real Housewives of New York, but she is adamant that the judge allow her to be on the show.”
