Although many news outlets have reported that Real Housewife of New Jersey Teresa Giudice will spend her prison sentence in a Danbury, Connecticut facility where the famous “Orange Is The New Black” series takes place, court documents obtained by Radar Online claim this isn’t decided yet. What specifically do they say?

According to the documents, a phone conference was held on 10/22 between Teresa, Judge Esther Salas (who was the Judge in charge of her sentencing), prosecutors, and Teresa’s attorney. Court documents note that on the conference, an “application to amend the Judgement of Conviction to recommend FCI, Danbury Satellite Camp or in the alternative FPC Alderson, West Virgnia to the Bureau of Prisons” was discussed. While after they spoke the order application “was granted,” Radar claims that the Connecticut prison was one of only several facilities Judge Salas recommended.

Furthermore, a spokesperson for the Federal Bureau of Prisons spoke to Radar and said, “Only the bureau determines where an inmate serves their time. We take the recommendation of the judge under consideration and try to place the individual within 500 miles of their home to facilitate visits with family.”

In a few weeks Teresa will be notified where he will serve her time.

Interesting. What do you think? Does it matter where her time is served to you? Let us know.
