BREAKING NEWS: Teresa Suing Her Bankruptcy Lawyer!

Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice is set to turn herself into prison by 1/5/15; however, new court documents obtained by TMZ show that Teresa is now SUING her bankruptcy lawyer, citing him as the reason for her going to prison. Want details? 

In the court documents Teresa claims “he was a slacker who never even met with her prior to filing bankruptcy docs.”

She also claimed he was “sloppy as hell, not bothering to list key assets such as her cars, her rental property income and various bank accounts.”

In addition, she cites him as the reason she is going to prison and is claiming this is a case of malpractice in which she wants a minimum of $5,000,000.
