You have to give Apollo Nida, the soon to be ex-husband of Real Housewives of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks and current inmate, credit for attempting a new business venture from behind bars. What is Apollo doing?
He has started a new fitness plan entitled “Nida Fitness 4%.” According to a RadarOnline.com article, it is a program that is attempting to motivate people to work out by showcasing the fact that one hour of exercising a day is equivalent to approximately 4% of a person’s day.
You can visit his website here and purchase a waterproof USB wristband with “It’s Only 4%” written on it, which is the company’s motto.
