Lisa Vanderpump- Kristen Should Learn To Apologize

Vanderpump Rules boss Lisa Vanderpump has taken to her Bravo vlog to discuss Kristen Doute being fired on last night’s episode. While Kristen claimed she expected to be fired, Vanderpump explains WHY she fired Doute.

What were the specific reasons? 

Vanderpump claims, “If I could forgive Kristen for creating this whole scenario, bringing this girl into my restuarant, that would be one thing, but I still couldn’t forgive her for being so disrespectful to management and telling Diana to fuck off.”

“How about just saying you’re sorry? Let’s start with that,” Vanderpump continued.

Vanderpump then explained her other issues with Doute, stating, “Kristen, you used bad judgment, you did not show one iota of remorse, not an ounce of it, and for that, I’m sorry. It just doesn’t work for me anymore.”

And what about Doute claiming Vanderpump doesn’t really know her? On this, Vanderpump said, “You know what, Kristen? You can pretend I don’t know you if that’s a way for you to avoid taking any responsibility for your actions.”

She concluded on the Doute firing, stating, “Well, let me say this: If Kristen ever wants to work at another restaurant and they phone me for an honest opion, I will say at times she has been a good waitress.”

While we wish Doute luck in finding a new job, we definitely think Vanderpump makes a very valid argument.

It is clear from co-star Scheana Marie’s blog that she agrees with Vanderpump.
