Bobbi Kristina’s Friend Had Nothing To Do With Situation!

When Whitney Houston’s daughter, Bobbi Kristina, was found facedown and unconscious in her bathtub this past weekend, people were quick to speculate that drugs were involved.

While there were no drugs found at first, police eventually did find drugs on their second sweep of her house.

One of Bobbi Kristina’s friends, Maxwell Bydron Lomas, was the one who found Bobbi Kristina unconscious. Many reports over the past few days have pointed to his involvement with drugs, including a prior arrest, and speculated that he may have had something to do with her ending up in this state.

Lomas’s lawyer, Philip A. Holloway, has released a statement to US Weekly to explain Lomas’s involvement in this.

“Contrary to what’s been reported, my client, Max Lomas, was the person who first discovered Bobbi Kristina and called 911,” Holloway told the magazine.

“My client wants nothing more than to see a full recovery,” he continued, adding that, “He and Krissi have been friends for many, many years, and he is absolutely devastated and prays for her immediate recovery.”

While Holloway detailed that Lomas is doing everything he can to “cooperate with authorities,” he did explain that Lomas’s prior arrest has nothing to do with what happened to Bobbi Kristina. Specifically, he stated that, “It’s been reported that his arrest in the middle of January might somehow be related; there is nothing further from the truth.”

Holloway also detailed that there is “absolutely no relationship” between Lomas’s past and what happened to Bobbi Kristina.

Lomas’s lawyer wrapped with saying, “Mr. Lomas has not been accused of anything in connection with Bobbi Kristina Brown’s injuries and is a witness in this investigation. Mr. Lomas’ main focus is on Ms. Brown’s full recovery, and he continues to pray for her and her entire family throughout this tragedy.”

While a family friend recently detailed how things are not looking good for Bobbi Kristina, we are continuing to keep her at the front of our thoughts and prayers and are hopeful she will make a recovery.
