Bruce Jenner Car Accident- No Decisions Made By Police

While In Touch Magazine recently reported Jenner may be heading to jail, the Los Angeles Police Department released an official statement about Jenner’s car accident to US Weekly yesterday.

The LAPD claimed, “Whatever is being reported right now is not part of our investigation. We are still looking at the videos of the crash to determine what happened. We have not deemed who is at fault yet, the investigation is still very much open.”

Meanwhile, on 2/8/15, Jenner’s representative claimed to the Associated Press that, “The evidence will show that Bruce was not texting at the time of the accident.”
