The home’s new price is $2.99 million according to a Radar Online report.
An insider also dished to Radar that Teresa’s husband Joe initially took it off the market not due to an alleged foreclosure but due to the rough New Jersey winter. Specifically, they stated that, he “took it off because he didn’t want to have to shovel out for open houses and viewings — now that the snow melted he put it back on.”
While her mansion was being put back on the market, Teresa recently reached a prison milestone by having her 100th day behind bars.
