While she is away in prison, Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice‘s home was re-listed on the market. Around the same time, the home has unfortunately gone into foreclosure according to multiple reports.
A specific report on NJ.com detailed that the “Community Bank of Bergen County filed a notice of foreclosure in Morris County Superior Court Wednesday on their Indian Lane property, according to court papers obtained by NJ Advance Media.”
As the article detailed, the Community Bank was one of the creditors that the Giudice’s listed on their bankruptcy filing. As the NJ.com article explains, the Giudice’s abandoned their bankruptcy filing ” after the trustee representing their creditors alleged they hid assets and income.” This is what led Teresa and Joe to get the prison sentences which we extensively covered.
As with all news surrounding the Giudice’s, we will continue to keep you posted.
