Vickis Vodka Lawsuit Claims Against Brooks Dismissed

Victory For Brooks!

While the lawsuit involving Real Housewives of Orange County Vicki Gunvalson‘s “Vicki’s Vodka” has been ongoing for quite some time, a victory occurred for Brooks Ayers, who was also involved in the lawsuit, in the past week. We talked exclusively with a source in the courtroom and obtained the court documents below!

Vickis Vodka Lawsuit Claims Against Brooks Dismissed

A source in the courtroom exclusively dished to us that, “The federal judge dismissed all of Robert Williamson III‘s claims against Brooks.”

Williamson will now be a defendant in Brooks’s countersuit,” the source added.

What about Gunvalson?

The insider explained that, “The ruling in Vicki’s case is pending, but this has been a huge shift in the case. The ruling truly vindicates Brooks and shows that Robert is a con artist, not Brooks, as he was being labeled.”

Fans may remember videos leaking that portrayed Ayers in a negative light a few years ago. The insider explained that this was “Robert’s camp trying to create a character assassination against Brooks.”

Those interested in learning more about Williamson being a con artist can head here, where there is an entire website devoted to discussing him as a con man.
