Last night, Steven Avery‘s ex-fiance, Jodi Stachowski, appeared on The Nancy Grace show. While there, she talked about how she believed Avery was guilty of murdering Teresa Halbach, something that has come to light again due to the Netflix documentary Making A Murderer. In addition to talking about Haibach, Stachowski also talked about how Avery had threatened her- and why she acted “on his side” in the documentary.
Steven Avery Jodi Stachowski He Threatened To Kill Her
In the interview, Stachowski stated that, “He threatened to kill me and my family and a friend of mine.”
“I was in a bath and he threatened to throw a blow-dryer in there and he told me that he would be able to get away with it,” she claimed.
Stachowski also explained why she believed Avery had a vendetta against women, revealing that he had told her “all bitches owe him because of the one that sent him to prison the first time and that he could do whatever he wanted.”
So why did she defend him in the documentary that we’ve all seen?
She revealed on last night’s interview that, “He told me how to act… ‘Smile, be happy’ — it was all lies.”
She also stated that Avery told her that if she didn’t comply and act in a certain manner, she would “pay for it.”
