Earlier today, we were stunned to learn that Real Housewives of New Jersey star Amber Marchese‘s husband, Jim, was arrested. While we are not making judgements as there’s been no official confirmation on what exactly went down- and we have always found Jim to be a stand up guy on a personal level- the police department’s website had a little more information. What do we mean?

Jim Marchese Arrest Information Released On Police Website

According to information on the police website, the following information was made available:

• Jim was “booked” at 2:03 AM and arrested at 12:15 AM
• He was released on $50,000 bail, which was information the was released earlier.
• He was charged with a level F of Felony.
• A court date has been set for 5/11/16 at 8:30 AM.

We are continuing to hope more details emerge in this scenario and that Jim’s name is cleared, as we reiterate we have never known him to be anything but upstanding and respectable when we’ve had interactions with him.
