This was a strong week for many reality shows ratings-wise. How did they perform? Read on to find out.
Reality Ratings June 2016 Week 2
Sunday’s episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians on E! showed that it is still mighty, with 1,781,000 viewers and a .8 in the demographic. That same night, Shahs of Sunset had 1,277,000 and a .4 in the demographic. Since its premiere in April, the show is unfortunately down significantly. It premiered to 1.6 million and .7 in the demographic.
Monday was a great night for two shows. The season finale of Teen Mom 2 on MTV ended on a high note with 1,636,000 viewers and a .9 in the demographic. The show’s reunion episode begins airing tonight. Also on Monday, Bravo’s Real Housewives of Dallas, which featured the cast going on their trip to Austin. The episode delivered 943,000 viewers and a .4 in the demographic. While that number still isn’t as strong as the other Housewives franchises, this is the highest rated episode since the season premiere in April. Earlier in the night, Southern Charm had 1,275,000 viewers.
Below Deck: Mediteranian on Tuesday had 1,188,000 viewers and .4 in the demographic. This represents a season high for that show! Also on Tuesday, Chrisley Knows Best on USA continued its strong run with 1,502,000 viewers.
Wednesday had Little Women: New York returned to its standard ratings, with 952,000 viewers and a .3 in the demographic. The real story of that night, though, was the Real Housewives of New York. The show had 1,517,000 viewers and continues to be on a roll of its strongest ratings in seasons.
As the new week of reality shows begins, one has to wonder how the Real Housewives of Orange County Season 8 special will do tonight on Bravo and whether the season finale of the Real Housewives of Dallas will continue to strengthen.
