Since we last visited TV ratings (read about that here), one Housewives show had a finale, another had a special, and the Chrisleys said farewell for now. So how did all of our favorite shows perform ratings-wise? Read on to find out.
Reality TV Ratings June 2016 Week 3
Sunday’s episode of Shahs of Sunset on Bravo had 1.154 million viewers and .5 in the demographic. This was a rise in the demo, but less viewers than last week. This season has not been kind to the show, its ratings are down by about a third since the season premiere.
Monday was a good night for Bravo. The season 8 special of the Real Housewives of Orange County had 1.431 million viewers and .5 in the demo. This was good news, especially for those nervous that viewers were turned off by Vicki Gunvalson’s actions last season. This is definitely still a story to watch in the weeks to come. The RHOC preview led into a highly rated episode of Southern Charm (1.361 million, .5 demo).
That controversial episode led into the finale of the Real Housewives of Dallas, which ended on an up note. For the third week in a row, the episode had the serie’s highest ratings since its premiere in April. It had 949,000 viewers. Also on Monday, part one of the reunion of Teen Mom 2 had 1.269 million viewers and a .7 in the 18-49 demographic. This was its lowest ratings in weeks.
The Chrisley family said goodbye for the season on USA’s Chrisley Knows Best with 1,271,000 viewers and .4 in the demographic. Below Deck: Mediterranean maintained a .4 in the demo, though its viewers were down a bit from last week.
The Real Housewives of New York City had its second highest rated episode of the season, with 1,595,000 viewers and .5 in the demographic.
In the week ahead, there is the supersized Real Housewives of Dallas reunion (which aired last night), the premiere of the Real Housewives of Orange County, and the finale of Southern Charm. Make sure to stay tuned to see how they all perform!
