Could more legal trouble be on the horizon for Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice? According to new court documents, it is a real possibility. Read on for details.
Teresa Giudice Legal Problems Again
According to Radar Online, Giudice was sent multiple subpoenas pertaining to her bankruptcy case. When she failed to produce the required documents by the July 13 deadline, a trustee in the case appeared in front of a judge to ask that Giudice be held in contempt of court.
The trustee asked for Teresa and Joe’s federal and state tax returns for the last three years, as well as their joint bank account statements since January 2015 to be turned over. She was also ask to turn over employment contracts from the last three years.
As a result, the trustee recommended that Teresa be fined $1000 per day until the documents are turned over.
Additionally, the trustee predicts that Giudice will not appear at a July 20 examination and recommended that she be fined another $1000 per day that she fails to show up for that.
On last night’s episode of RHONJ, Teresa was sharing how she needs to be making and saving money for daily living expenses and for her daughter’s college, especially since her husband is away in prison.
