While we have reported in early on during the filming of season 2 that The Real Housewives of Dallas may be risking cancellation after this season (read about that here), we have spoken to a separate insider who dished on why the show’s second season may be its last now that the season is almost done taping. What do we mean? Read on for details.
RHOD Season 2 May Be Final One Exclusive
According to a source we spoke to, “There really is not much to this season at all.”
Our insider reiterated what we have heard before, namely that, “There isn’t much drama in the season. For the most part, everyone was concerned with upholding their image, rather than confronting issues or making a good show.”
“Any drama that did occur was, for the most part lame,” the source added.
Our insider wrapped with telling us that, “If the show is edited in such a manner that manages to draw viewers in- or, if something MAJOR happens as filming is wrapping up- then perhaps it will make it to a third season. At this point, though, it seems like season two many be the final one.”
This saddens us to hear, as we truly do love our Dallas women and feel there is potential for a great show there!
