Exclusive Q&A With Alexa Galante AKA XO Bunny

We recently got the chance to do an exclusive Q&A with Alexa Galente, the wife of the owner of Rolling Loud Music festival. Galente runs merchandise design for Rolling Loud and models for their brand. She also has built up a massive Instagram following under the name of XO Bunny and currently has over 1 million followers (check her out here). Q: How did you get the name XO Bunny? 

A: My Mom, my mom used to call me bunny because of my two front teeth were the only ones that grew in for awhile when I was a kid. The name kinda stuck with me.

Q: What advice would you have for people that are trying to grow their social media pages? 

A: Be very active, post great content, be yourself, be confident, interact and engage with your followers, and show appreciation. These are just a few things that I would recommend doing if your trying to grow your fan base. Most importantly is keeping your fan base to be honest. My advice will also help with that.

Q: What was your life like before the fame? 

A: Fun….lol No but honestly always working and hanging out with my girls. I spent a lot more time with my family. The thing I miss the most is being able to walk our in public places without anyone knowing who I was and now I can’t even get an Uber with my driver knowing who I am. It’s a little weird to be honest but I enjoy the fame. It’s nice when people know who you are. 

Q: What is it like working for Rolling Loud music festival? 

A: I love it more and move everyday. My favorite thing is curating the beauty bar. Although I do handle all the approval process and the deliverables of the influencers. The beauty bar is great because for each show I have a larger budget to create more photo opps and experiences for all my Rolling Loud babes.  It’s amazing working for such an independent and organic brand. Everyone that’s part of the team is so cool and really work hard. I’m blessed to be apart of it. Can’t wait for the shows coming up.

Q: What are your interests outside of working for rolling loud and social media?  

A: I love makeup, vlogging, taking pictures, and fashion. I have a clothing line I’m working on called BVNNY. It’s super dope, very limited, and tailored for petite girls like me. I just started doing makeup tutorials and vlogs which got me started on working on my own makeup line. I’m working on lip glosses first then merging into other categories. I also have a lashes company that I will be dropping. I’m also a shopaholic lol 

Q: What music is on your playlists at the moment? 

A: I love hip hop but that’s not what I grew up on. I’m a huge fan of Britney Spears, Lady Gaga, Stevie Nicks, Christina Aguilera, Madonna, Beyoncé, and more. Shout out all my powerful talented women out here. 

Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world where would you go and why?
 
A: I would love to go to Spain. I always dreamt of wearing a white dress and putting a flower in my hair walking around Spain. It would be so cute and I would get such cool content. I would also want to go to Venice and go on one of those little cute boats with the guy dressed up with my man and drink a glass of champagne.

Q: What can we expect from you in the future?

A: So much I don’t even know where to start. I have a plan set out to have a house and a family. I’m well on my way as I am recently married. I hope to have kids in the next few years so I can be a cool hot mom! I always dreamt of having a house and kids in the backyard and just being a mom honestly. I’m built for this sh*t lol.
