According to a source close to the family that Radar spoke to, “Kourtney is pregnant in her first trimester.”

Radar’s insider also revealed that Kardashian and Disick are “definitely back together” and that he IS the father of her fourth baby.

“They are working it out for the sake of the child and neither one of them is seeing anyone else right now,” the source added.
