While we have always adored Savannah Chrisley from Chrisley Knows Best, something she posted tonight on her Instagram made us tear up and was very touching. What was it? Read on for details.

Savannah Chrisley LGBT Parenting Video

Chrisley, who has been a big supporter of LGBT rights, posted a video of some adorable kids explaining what families are, and that they come in all shapes and size.

“The difference is that some kids have two Dads, and some kids have two Moms,” a little girl in the video says. “(And some kids have) some Dads and some Moms.”

“So what makes a family?” someone off the camera asks her.

“A family does,” she responds. “They take care of… Family makes love.”

Chrisley posted the video with the caption, “A family isn’t defined by the sex of the parents…it’s defined by the heart that the parents have for the children. So I challenge you…go out and get you some. Find your special place or someone out in this great big world and just open your hearts and minds to something new. Just because it’s not your way doesn’t mean that it’s wrong. My little Dylan and Dash have two daddies and honestly…I have NEVER seen two children loved more than these two…(I mean other than my dad loving us lol) Shane and Michael…I hope that one day my future husband and I are the parents that you two are. #loveislove?.”

We absolutely adore this and applaud Chrisley for posting such an important message. If the rest of the world could just be like these kids- who clearly get it- it would be a beautiful place.
